My Training

I learned healthy living from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. IIN is the worlds largest nutrition school headquartered in New York City where I learned mainly about Primary and secondary food and more than 100 dietary theories everything from Ayurveda, Raw, Vegan, Gluten-Free etc. I learned our body is made up of 50 trillion cells and these cells have to talk each other inorder for our human body to work well(1 trillion seconds ago =32thousand years ago). I also learned how brain and stomach works and what is the important of having a healthy brain and gut.
